Experience
In the beginning: in-house agencies
I started my career as a user-centered design strategist, researcher and information architect. I worked on end-to-end experiences for clients like General Mills, Warner Brothers, Ameriprise Financial, and UnitedHealthcare.
In the middle: running my own agency
I ran my own agency for a decade, developing customer-centric strategies and crafting high quality experiences across devices and platforms that supported the growth of business priorities. I worked on end-to-end experiences for clients like Pfizer, Lifetime Fitness, American Craft Council, and Geek Squad.
Since then: in-house design leader
I’ve been leading and growing design teams for Target and Best Buy. I design strategies and set vision for end-to-end experiences. I collaborate with stakeholders to inspire, engage and reward users while driving business results. I love building teams and developing managers and designers.
